World Environment Day: Tree Plantation at Manrakhan Mahto Group of Institutions

Ranchi: World Environment Day was celebrated with great reverence at the campus of Manrakhan Mahto Group of Institutions. The event began with a tree plantation ceremony led by the institution’s esteemed Chairman, Manrakhan Mahto. Addressing the trainees on the occasion, the Chairman emphasized that plants are an integral part of human life—life without trees and plants is unimaginable. He further stated that with global warming emerging as a major challenge, it becomes the duty of every citizen to plant at least one tree to ensure a safe and sustainable environment for future generations. The institution’s Director, Manoj Kumar Mahto, also stressed the importance of environmental conservation. He said that tree plantation is a crucial step, and everyone must adopt it as a personal responsibility.

The event was graced by Trustee Virendranath Ohdar, Khushboo Singh, Kriti Kajal, Manager Mukesh Kumar, Administrator Meena Kumari, Poonam Kumari, Principal of Manrakhan Mahto B.Ed. College Dudheshwar Mahto, Principal of the Nursing College Chitravel V., Principal of the Pharmacy College Ragini Kumari, and Principal of the Paramedical College Dr. D.K. Sharma, along with faculty members, non-teaching staff, and a large number of trainees from all colleges.
