Special Program Organized by Adivasi Sarna 22 Parha Committee on Jaypal Singh Munda’s Birth Anniversary
Ranchi: Under the leadership of Babulal Mahli, Adivasi Sarna 22 Parha Committee, a special program was organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Marang Gomke Jaypal Singh Munda. The event took place on 3 January in the premises of Project +2 High School, Sadma. The program began with the garlanding of Marang Gomke Jaypal Singh Munda’s portrait and offering floral tributes. His greatness and contributions were remembered, and the gathering expressed their respect through chants and cheers. Several prominent members of society and school students attended the program. Key attendees included Harilal Munda, Ranjit Pahan, Surendra Oraon, Budheshwar Munda, Disco Munda, Geeta Kachhap, and Phuleshwar Munda. Additionally, students from Angel Garden School participated, making the event even more special.
The objective of the program was to honor the unparalleled contributions of Marang Gomke Jaypal Singh Munda in education, sports, and social reform. Speakers highlighted his achievements and unwavering dedication to the tribal community. They shared how Jaypal Singh Munda played a guiding role for Jharkhand and the tribal community. He was a visionary leader, a skilled sportsperson, and a social reformer who gave the nation a new direction.
