Revenue Camp Related to Mutation (Dakhil-Kharij) Held Simultaneously in 6 Blocks of Ranchi District

Correction Slip Provided to Applicants by District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri, at Kanke Block

District Administration’s Top Priority is to Resolve Public Issues – District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri

Ranchi: The District Administration of Ranchi, through a meaningful initiative, organized camps in all 6 blocks simultaneously to resolve pending mutation cases up to 10 decimal and issued correction slips (Shuddhi Patra) to the applicants. On February 9, 2025, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri, personally handed over correction slips to applicants in Kanke Block.

Meanwhile, senior officers in the City, Ormanjhi, Mandar, Namkum, and Ratu Blocks also issued correction slips to the applicants.

Review of Rejected Dakhil-Kharij Cases by Senior Officers

District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri had earlier directed all block officers not to reject any mutation application without valid reasons. As a result, senior officers were appointed in all blocks to review the rejected cases and verify whether the reasons for rejection were valid.

Counseling Arranged for Rejected Cases

For the applicants whose applications were rejected at the camps, a counseling arrangement will be provided so that they can understand the reasons for the rejection of their applications.

If any middlemen are found in the block offices, they should immediately be reported to the local police station or PCR. Citizens can also provide information to the district administration through the WhatsApp number Abua Saathi 9430328080 issued for public grievances, on which prompt action will be taken.

In the revenue camp held across the six circles, out of 5461 cases, 1841 cases were approved while 2008 cases were rejected. In the City circle, 346 out of 896 cases were approved, in Namkum 484 out of 1721, in Kanke 486 out of 1347, in Ratu 277 out of 922, in Ormanjhi 180 out of 366, and in Mandar 68 out of 209 cases were approved.This camp was organized with the aim of providing quick justice and resolving public issues, which remains the top priority of the district administration.
