Revenue Camp for Mutation and Removal-related Work to be Held in 06 Subdivisions of Ranchi District on Sunday

The camp will be organized at the offices of Ormanjhi, City, Kanke, Mandar, Namkum, and Ratu Subdivisions

Applicants will be issued correction slips during the camp

Ranchi: As per the instructions of District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, a revenue camp related to mutation and removal will be organized on 09.02.2025 in 06 subdivisions of the district. Regarding the camp, an online meeting was held by the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri in the NIC auditorium at the district headquarters, where all the subdivision officers and senior officials were provided with necessary instructions.

Instruction to Issue Correction Slips to Applicants

On Sunday, 09.02.2025, a camp will be held at the offices of Ormanjhi, City, Kanke, Mandar, Namkum, and Ratu Subdivisions. In all these subdivisions, cases of 10 decimals, without objections (30 days), and with objections (90 days) will be processed. Physical verification of all these cases has already been completed at the subdivision inspector and staff level. During the meeting, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri inquired about the progress of mutation cases as per the list provided earlier. He stated that if any case from the list is found in the login of the CI or staff, necessary action will be taken according to the rules. He instructed that correction slips be issued to the applicants of the processed cases during the camp.

Senior Officers to Monitor Case Processing

Senior officials for each subdivision have been designated to monitor the processing of cases during the mutation and removal camp on Sunday. District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri directed all senior officials to be present at the camp site on time and to monitor the processing of pending mutation and removal cases.

First Phase of the Camp Held in 10 Subdivisions

Earlier, on 02.02.2025, a revenue camp related to mutation and removal was organized in 10 subdivisions of Ranchi district, including Angada, Argora, Baragain, Bero, Bundu, Budmu, Chanho, Hehal, Itki, and Nagri.

Information on Triple Test Survey Taken

During the meeting, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri inquired about the status of the triple test survey in each subdivision. Several subdivision officers reported that the survey work had been completed in their areas, and data entry work was ongoing. Manjunath Bhajantri instructed all subdivision officers to complete the survey and data entry work as soon as possible.

The District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri also inquired about the progress of land identification for Anganwadi centers. He instructed that the supervisors, COs, and staff should work together to identify the land. Additionally, he directed all COs to ensure that, before submitting proposals for land, they confirm with the Anganwadi workers and assistants that the selected land is suitable for the Anganwadi center.
