Pending Mutation Cases Up to 10 Decimal to Be Resolved Through Camps

Ranchi: In the coming days, pending mutation (dakhil-kharij) cases in Ranchi district will be resolved through special camps. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Manjunath Bhajantri issued instructions in an online meeting with all Circle Officers of the district regarding this initiative.

Preparation of a List of Pending Cases by January 10, 2025

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed Additional Collector Ramnarayan Singh to prepare a list of pending mutation cases up to 10 decimal in all circles by January 10, 2025. He instructed that the list should be categorized into two parts:

  1. Cases Without Objections – To be resolved within 30 days.
  2. Cases With Objections – To be resolved within 90 days.

Camps to Be Held on Sundays

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that special camps will be organized in each circle to resolve pending mutation cases. These camps will be held on Sundays to ensure that regular workdays are not affected.

Review and Speedy Disposal of Cases

In the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed pending mutation cases in all circles and instructed officers to expedite the disposal process. He also advised them not to reject applications outright if additional documents are required. Instead, applicants should be notified and given time to submit the necessary documents.

Focus on Office Discipline and Public Interaction

The Deputy Commissioner issued specific instructions regarding office discipline:

All officials and staff must be present in the office on time.

Biometric attendance is mandatory.

Maintain polite and courteous behavior with the public.

Ensure cleanliness in and around the office premises.

Guidance on Pending Cases via the Portal

The Deputy Commissioner also stressed providing proper guidance to staff regarding pending cases on the Parishodhan Portal. He instructed that cases registered on the portal should be addressed on a priority basis.

This initiative aims to ensure the timely disposal of mutation cases while reinforcing public trust in the administration. All officials are expected to work diligently and proactively to implement this plan successfully.
