Volleyball Promotes Physical Fitness and Teamwork – Deputy Chief Rizwan Ansari

Ranchi:- A one-day Umar Volleyball Tournament was held in Chakla, with a total of 6 teams participating. The tournament was organized with the aim of promoting sportsmanship and showcasing the talent of local players. During the competition, players delivered impressive performances and contributed to the tournament’s success.

As the chief guest, Deputy Chief Rizwan Ansari awarded the winning team, the Husir team, with a cash prize of ₹10,000 and a large trophy. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Rizwan Ansari appreciated the players and emphasized the importance of sports like volleyball. He said, Volleyball is a game that promotes physical fitness and teamwork. I urge the younger generation to participate in such sports to develop their abilities. Such tournaments not only boost the confidence of the players but also raise awareness about sports in society.

Special guest Motilal Mahto honored the second-place team, Irba, with a cash prize of ₹7,000 and a shield. He congratulated all the winning teams and praised their dedication and effort.

This tournament not only provided a platform for local players to showcase their talent but also encouraged the spirit of sportsmanship. The organizers expressed their gratitude to all the teams and promised to organize more such tournaments in the future.
