He directed all officials that no leniency in work would be tolerated under any circumstances. He instructed that special meetings regarding land revenue should be organized with all divisional commissioners after December. This would be followed by a thorough review of work at the district level. Secretaries of the Transport and Land Revenue Departments were directed to prepare detailed action plans for this purpose. The minister stated that it must be ensured that all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently at every level.
