Meeting Held on Land-Related Matters of BIT Mesra Under the Chairmanship of DC Manjunath Bhajantri

Ranchi: A meeting was convened at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, located at the Collectorate, to review land and other significant matters related to BIT Mesra. The meeting was chaired by Ranchi Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Manjunath Bhajantri.

Present on the occasion were Professor Indranil Manna, Vice Chancellor of BIT Mesra, Utkarsh Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar), Sumit Agarwal, Superintendent of Police (Rural), Kanke Circle Officer, along with other representatives from the institute.

The meeting primarily focused on the construction of a boundary wall for safety on the land previously acquired by BIT Mesra, protection of institutional assets, and other administrative and technical issues. Vice Chancellor Professor Indranil Manna requested the district administration for the necessary support to ensure the smooth functioning of the institute.

In response, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri assured full cooperation from the district administration. He emphasized the administration’s commitment to ensuring student safety and upholding the institution’s integrity. He also directed the concerned officials to ensure timely resolution of all related issues. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner instructed all officers to prioritize actions and maintain continuous coordination with BIT Mesra so that all institutional processes can be carried out seamlessly.
