International Yoga Day Celebrated at Manrakhan Mahto Institution

Ranchi: International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the premises of the Manrakhan Mahto Group of Institutions. The program commenced with the institution’s Chairman, Honorable Manrakhan Mahto, personally participating in the yoga practice.

While addressing the trainees, Chairman Manrakhan Mahto stated that yoga is an integral part of our ancient Indian culture and forms the foundation of the Indian way of life. Emphasizing the message “Practice Yoga, Stay Healthy,” he encouraged everyone to make yoga a regular part of their daily lives.

The institution’s Director, Manoj Kumar Mahto, said that yoga not only provides us with a healthy body but also leads us toward a calm mind and a balanced lifestyle.

On this occasion, the principals of all constituent colleges of the institution also shared their thoughts on the importance of yoga.

Among those present at the event were Trustees Virendranath Ohdar, Khushboo Singh, Kriti Kajal; Manager Mukesh Kumar; Administrative Officers Meena Kumari and Poonam Kumari; Dr. Dudheshwar Mahto, Principal of Manrakhan Mahto B.Ed. College; Chitravel V., Principal of the Nursing College; Ragini Kumari, Principal of the Pharmacy College; and D.K. Sharma, Principal of the Paramedical College. Lecturers from all colleges, non-teaching staff, and a large number of trainees also actively participated in the event.
