Iftar Party in Dahu: A Grand Feast on the 19th Day of Ramadan
Ranchi: The 19th fast of Ramadan has been completed, and the series of Iftar gatherings is gaining momentum. In this sequence, a grand Iftar party was organized on Thursday at the ancestral residence of Safiullah Ansari, the Food Supply MLA Representative of Ormanjhi Block, in Dahu. The event witnessed the presence of eminent personalities, representatives of religious and social organizations, fasting individuals, and local residents in large numbers. The spirit of communal harmony and brotherhood was evident at the gathering, where people from different communities sat together to break their fast. As soon as the Maghrib Azaan echoed from the nearby mosque, everyone broke their fast with dates, following Islamic tradition. Before Iftar, a special prayer was offered for the blessings of Ramadan, peace across the world, and communal harmony. On this occasion, Safiullah Ansari warmly welcomed all the fasting individuals and guests, expressing his heartfelt gratitude. He emphasized that such events play a crucial role in strengthening social harmony, mutual love, and respect. “The month of Ramadan teaches us patience, tolerance, and the importance of helping those in need. It is not only religiously significant but also strengthens social unity and brotherhood,” he added. The event was graced by several dignitaries, including Deputy Pramukh Rizwan Ansari, Panchu Tirkey, Sunil Oraon, Nageshwar Mahto, Humayun Ansari, Rashid Ansari, Mubarak Ansari, Surendra Oraon, Kashinath Pahan, Mobin Ansari, Suraj Pathan, Salauddin Ansari, as well as Journalists Rehan Ansari, Khurshid Alam, and Muzaffar Hussain, among hundreds of others.
