Holi and Ramzan: Festivals of Love, Harmony, and Humanity — Safiullah Ansari

Ranchi: On the auspicious occasion of Holi and Ramzan, Safiullah Ansari extended his best wishes to the residents of the region and appealed to them to maintain mutual harmony, love, and brotherhood. Sharing his thoughts, Safiullah Ansari said, “Both Holi and Ramzan are festivals that convey the message of love, harmony, and humanity. The greatest strength of our society lies in our unity, and it is our collective duty to preserve it. Celebrating festivals with joy and peace is the true essence of our cultural tradition.” He further added, “We must avoid falling for any kind of rumors and refrain from sharing any unverified information. To maintain peace and harmony in society, mutual cooperation and awareness are essential.” Safiullah Ansari highlighted that both Holi and Ramzan are symbols of love, unity, and goodwill. While Holi is a festival of colors, joy, and celebration, Ramzan is a sacred month of self-restraint, devotion, and service to humanity. The core spirit of both festivals inspires us to live with mutual love, respect, and harmony. He emphasized that the true beauty of festivals lies in celebrating them together, respecting each other’s emotions, and fostering a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. Safiullah Ansari also stressed that maintaining peace and brotherhood in society is a collective responsibility. He urged all citizens to respect each other’s religions, traditions, and cultures and to strengthen the country’s rich Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb (composite cultural heritage) through mutual cooperation and unity.

“The purpose of festivals is not just celebration; it is an opportunity to rise above our differences and demonstrate unity, love, and brotherhood. This is our true cultural legacy, and we must take it forward,” he concluded.
