Greetings to the Nation on Raksha Bandhan and International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples:- Ormanjhi Deputy Pramukh Rizwan Ansari
Ranchi —On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan and International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, Ormanjhi Block Deputy Pramukh Rizwan Ansari conveyed his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all citizens of the nation.
In his message, he stated that both occasions are festivals that strengthen our cultural, social, and human values, and should be celebrated across the country with a spirit of unity and brotherhood.
Rizwan Ansari said that Raksha Bandhan is a symbol of the sacred bond between brothers and sisters. This festival teaches us the importance of mutual love, trust, and sacrifice. In today’s times, this bond should not be confined to family relationships alone, but should extend to fostering a sense of protection and respect for all sections of society. He further added that on Raksha Bandhan, not only do sisters tie rakhis on their brothers’ wrists, but the festival also gives us a message of fulfilling our responsibilities towards one another in society.
On the occasion of the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, Rizwan Ansari said that the day is an opportunity to pledge the preservation of the glorious traditions, culture, language, and lifestyle of our tribal communities. The tribal society has always played a leading role in protecting water, forests, and land, thereby ensuring environmental conservation and maintaining social balance. We must strive to safeguard this heritage and pass it on to future generations.
He also emphasized that the development of tribal communities requires special focus on strengthening education, healthcare, employment, and basic infrastructure so that they can move forward in the mainstream of modern development while preserving their identity and dignity.
In conclusion, Rizwan Ansari appealed that on both these occasions, we should all work together to promote brotherhood, mutual cooperation, and respect for each other’s cultures. This, he said, is the true strength of our nation.
