Florence Group of Institutions Celebrates 22nd Foundation Day, Moving Towards Excellence in Education and Health

Ranchi: The 22nd Foundation Day of Florence Group of Institutions, located in Irba, was celebrated with great enthusiasm. The institution was established on February 7, 2003, by the late Haji Ehsan Ansari under the name Florence School of Nursing. It is the first private nursing college in Jharkhand. In addition to nursing, the institution successfully runs courses in paramedical and pharmacy.

On the occasion of the Foundation Day, the Secretary of Florence Group of Institutions, Zeenat Kausar, said that the late Haji Ehsan Ansari was a great social worker. He laid the foundation of this institution with the aim of providing education and employment in the fields of education and health for people from all walks of life. Zeenat Kausar said, “The dream of late Haji Ehsan Ansari has now been realized. This institution has not only empowered our society but also provided direction and opportunities to our students. I hope that our students, using the education and knowledge they have gained from this institution, will serve society in their respective fields and bring pride to the nation.”

The Director of the institution, Dr. Shaheen Kausar, said, “This institution is like a family, and our aim has always been not just to provide education, but to make our students better individuals in every aspect of life. Florence Group of Institutions has always strived to provide students with an excellent educational environment and opportunities. We believe that the purpose of education is not only to impart knowledge but to prepare students to bring positive changes to society. Today, after 22 years, we have reached this milestone, and it is the result of our determination and the tireless efforts of our students.”

On the occasion of the Foundation Day, a four-day sports event is being organized to facilitate the overall development of the students.

Present on this occasion were the Director of the institution, Dr. Shaheen Kausar, Principal of the Pharmacy College, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Kar, Principal of the Nursing College, Vinisha T Bansriar, Dr. Sudhir Kumar, Jyoti Gloria, Ashutosh Behera, Shakeel Praveez, Musharraf Hussain, Neema Vandana Minj, Dr. Manzar Alam, Shoaib Akhtar, Aditya Pawan, Sadik Ansari, Madhuri Lilly Dang, Priyatosh Ranjan, along with other staff and students.
