Dr. Shaheen Kausar: Pharmacists Are Guides and Protectors of Society
Ranchi: World Pharmacist Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Z.A. Royal Group of Institutions in Irba, Ranchi. The celebrations began with a lamp lighting ceremony, cake cutting, and cultural programs presented by students on the campus. Dr. Shaheen Kausar, Director of the Institute, expressed her views on the occasion, stating that the role of pharmacists is crucial in modern healthcare. She stated that pharmacists work as a powerful link in providing the best possible care to patients by coordinating with doctors and nurses. Pharmacists not only ensure the availability of medicines but also disseminate information about the latest medicines and research. Dr. Shaheen Kausar also stated that in today’s times, when healthcare challenges are constantly increasing, pharmacists serve as both guides and protectors for society. Their dedication and commitment contribute to improving the quality of healthcare. College faculty, officials, and a large number of students were present on the occasion. At the end of the program, thanks were expressed to all guests and participants.
