District-Level Officers to Be Appointed for Resolving Pending Mutation Cases
Ranchi : As per the directives of Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri, a comprehensive list of pending mutation applications for land up to 10 decimals has been prepared for all circles in the district. To ensure the resolution of these cases, the Deputy Commissioner instructed that applications without objections should be resolved within 30 days, while those with objections should be resolved within 90 days. During an online meeting with all Circle Officers, the Deputy Commissioner issued guidelines for conducting camps to address pending mutation cases. The meeting, held at the NIC Conference Hall in the District Collectorate, was attended by Additional Collector Ram Narayan Singh, Deputy Collector (Land Reforms) Mukesh Kumar, and other officials.

While reviewing pending mutation cases (up to 10 decimals), with and without objections, the Deputy Commissioner directed all Circle Officers to ensure that the verification of applications is completed by the cut-off date. Based on the availability of staff and the number of pending applications, the cut-off date has been established. After verification, special camps will be organized on upcoming Sundays to resolve mutation cases, ensuring that regular work during weekdays remains unaffected.
Senior Officers to Be Assigned to Each Circle
Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri announced that senior district-level officers would be appointed to each circle to ensure the swift resolution of pending mutation cases involving land up to 10 decimals. He emphasized that Circle Officers must ensure no complaints arise from their circles. Where additional documents are required, applicants should be notified, and applications should not be rejected outright without proper consideration.
