Ranchi: Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri, conducted a surprise inspection of the Argora Circle Office in the evening today. During the inspection, Head Clerk Ashwini Kumar Srivastav and Clerk Anita Kumari were found absent despite marking their attendance in the office. The Deputy Commissioner took this negligence seriously and directed that one day’s salary of both employees be deducted and show-cause notices be issued.

The Deputy Commissioner stated that all employees must report to the office on time, ensure biometric attendance, and obtain approval before taking leave. Such negligence will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

100% Verification of Mutation Cases up to 10 Decimals

The Deputy Commissioner also inquired about pending land mutation cases from the Circle Officer (CO), Suman Kumar Saurabh. The CO informed that 100% verification of mutation cases up to 10 decimals had been completed at the Circle Inspector (CI) and employee level. The Deputy Commissioner instructed that a special camp be organized next Sunday to process the verified cases. He also directed that work on the Parishodhan Portal be expedited.

Keep a Watch on Government Land Transactions, Strict Action Against Middlemen

The Deputy Commissioner directed the officers and staff of the Circle Office to closely monitor government land transactions. He instructed that immediate action should be taken if middlemen are found operating in the office and that the nearest police station should be informed. The Deputy Commissioner also appealed to the public, urging them to provide information about middlemen via Abua Saathi (9430328080). He mentioned that the District Administration’s WhatsApp number is monitored 24/7, and swift action is taken on any complaints received.

Inspection of Circle Office Premises

The Deputy Commissioner also inspected the Circle Office premises and instructed the Circle Officer to further strengthen the office’s infrastructure.

Instructions to Maintain Cleanliness

The Deputy Commissioner directed all Circle employees to perform their public duties with efficiency and complete transparency. He emphasized that the office should be treated like one’s own home, and proper cleanliness should be maintained.
