CM Hemant Soren Reviews Newly Built Ministerial Residences in Ranchi Smart City

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren inspected the newly constructed residences for state ministers and the entire residential complex in Smart City, Ranchi. During the inspection, he reviewed the progress of the construction work and provided necessary directions to the officials on various aspects.

Deadline for Completion of Construction

The Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure that all construction work in the residential complex and the ministerial residences is completed by January 15, 2025, without fail. This will facilitate the timely allocation of the residences to the ministers.

Inspection of Facilities and Guidelines

During the visit, the Chief Minister conducted a detailed inspection of the facilities available in the residential complex, including the clubhouse, badminton court, and police barracks. He emphasized ensuring the quality of these amenities and instructed the officials to take necessary steps for their improvement.
Additionally, the Chief Minister stressed the need to provide recreational facilities for children, including play areas and swings.

The inspection was attended by MLA Kalpana Soren, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar, Principal Secretary of the Urban Development Department Sunil Kumar, Secretary of the Building Construction Department Arva Rajkamal, CEO of Smart City Amit Kumar, GM of Smart City Rakesh Nandkuliar, and other senior officials.

This inspection reflects the Chief Minister’s commitment to timely execution and effective implementation of development projects.
