Ranchi: On February 2, 2025, a filing and removal camp will be organized in 10 blocks of Ranchi district to process cases with no objections within 30 days and cases with objections within 90 days. District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri conducted an online meeting from the District Collectorate conference hall and provided necessary instructions to the concerned block officials and senior officers regarding the camp’s organization.

Instructions Given to Issue Correction Slips to Applicants

On Sunday, February 2, 2025, filing and removal camps will be held in 10 blocks of Ranchi district—Angada, Argoda, Badgai, Bero, Bundu, Budhmu, Chano, Hehal, Itki, and Nagri. These camps will process cases up to 10 decimals with no objections within 30 days and with objections within 90 days. Physical verification of all these cases has already been completed at the block inspector and staff level. District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Manjunath Bhajantri, instructed all block officials to inform the applicants and issue correction slips at the camp.

Senior Officers Appointed

Senior officers have been appointed for monitoring the processing of cases during the filing and removal camp to be held on Sunday. District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Manjunath Bhajantri, instructed all senior officers to be present at the camp site on time and monitor the processing of pending filing and removal cases.

Inform Local Police Station About Intermediaries – Deputy Commissioner

District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Manjunath Bhajantri, instructed all block officials to ensure full control over their offices. He emphasized that employees should not be absent from the office without prior notice. In case of any intermediaries being active in the office, he directed the officials to inform the local police station. He also asked all officers and employees to contribute to the office cleanliness and to come to the office earlier once a week to ensure proper cleaning.
