Instructions Given to Submit Reports on Complaint Resolution
Ranchi: Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri, addressed the issues of citizens from both urban and remote rural areas during the Janta Darbar. Listening to complaints late into the evening, the DC provided necessary directives to the concerned officials for swift resolution. The grievances submitted included applications related to illegal land records, corrections in online entries, disputes in self-help group operations, school classroom construction, and more.

Case 1
An application was submitted to cancel illegal land records in Chanho Circle. The DC directed the Public Grievance Officer to investigate the matter and ensure its resolution.
Case 2
Kundan Oraon filed an application to correct errors in online land records from Kanke Circle. During the Janta Darbar, the DC obtained detailed information from the Revenue Office staff and instructed them to resolve the issue through the Parishedhan Portal.
Case 3
An application for the construction of classrooms at Rajkiya Uchh Vidyalaya, Bajra, was submitted. The DC directed the District Planning Officer to take the necessary action on the matter.
Case 4
Women from Laxmi Nagar, Pandra, submitted an application regarding a dispute in the operation of a self-help group. They alleged that Secretary Meera Chaurasia was operating a shop from her home. The DC directed the Special Revenue Officer, Ranchi, to investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
Case 5
A complaint was lodged by an individual about misconduct by committee members during worship at Pahadi Mandir. The DC, after consulting the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Ranchi, ordered an investigation into the matter and instructed the local police station to take necessary action.
Apart from these, the DC heard other complaints during the Janta Darbar and issued relevant directives to ensure their resolution efficiently.
