Ranchi: DC Ranchi, Varun Ranjan, held a meeting at the conference hall of the Collectorate Block-A and, considering the scale of the Oath Ceremony of the Chief Minister and Cabinet Ministers to be held at Morhabadi Ground, Ranchi, on November 28, 2024, formed committees for the successful and smooth execution of the event. He also gave several necessary instructions to the officers and supporting officials to ensure that all preparations are completed on time.
DC Varun Ranjan directed the concerned officials to ensure that all preparations for the Oath Ceremony are made as per the checklist. These include tasks related to parking/traffic arrangements, airport arrangements for dignitaries and special guests, as well as senior administrative officers. He emphasized making arrangements such as catering, vehicle tagging, signage in vehicles, arrival/departure timings, route tagging, deployment of protocol officers, help desks at guest accommodations, control rooms, dais plans, minute-to-minute schedule of the program, traffic management, and all other necessary arrangements at the event venue to be completed on time.
DC Varun Ranjan specifically mentioned that, considering the scale of the Oath Ceremony, all concerned officials and officers should work in coordination with their teams to ensure the successful completion of the event.
